The Lands of More-Dwarf!

Because painting beards is just a great hobby for anyone, I painted more!

The bullwarkers are finished up and I have my own shiny horde of dwarfy spear people!

Mantic's steel behemoth was a must have and provides a nice centerpiece in an infantry heavy army.

The army has finally grown into a real army now and I'm really liking the progress.

Rats, Foiled Again!

I wanted to start running a horde army and since the Ratkin were halfway there I decided to get them finished up in only 2 weeks time for a meetup.  Jokes on me because I should have played forces of nature, then maybe it wouldn't have dumped winter apocalypse all over and canceled the meetup...

I quickly threw together a 2000 point list that I thought I could scrounge together in time.  Do note that most of these models were already painted from previous projects and just needed some bases build and a few extra models to flesh out the unit.  It wasn't all started from scratch in 2 weeks!

The brutes have been expanded to a horde and feel much more dangerous now.

I used plague censers and poison wind rats to fill in the Blight and make a horde of those!

Reaper kobolds and various things were quickly scavanged for a slave horde.

Two troops of clawshots because no matter how bad they perform for me they seem ok on paper...

My only death engine for now painted up several years ago.

These spear rats have been languishing unused for a long time, still need to add some moss around the movement tray though...

The only real reason I want to run this army of coarse is the demon rat of happy fun times!

I had about 12ish metal stormvermin before starting this horde so this took the most time by far.

The warriors were already done and now just need some moss around the edges.

And of coarse a group shot of the whole army.  Most of it was going into 2k points but a few things were just left out for lack of room.  Nice to have a solid start to the army though now.
