I've had a soft spot for HQ ever since I was a little kid looking at the boxes in the hobby store. I didn't get my own copy until I was a little older but I still love the simplicity of this old dungeon crawl.
During a snow storm I started the painting journey by painting up the old 80's version during 3 days of hectic painting.
The remake was such a huge improvement that I couldn't say no to throwing down cash on it for sure! Painting it up was a blast seeing all the new sculpts and obvious love for the old game.
The Frozen horror took a year to finish up due to a huge break in the middle with painting Cthulhu Wars!
About the same time I was hitting up the Dread Moon expansion as the collection had long outgrown the original box.
And my favorite so far the Ogre Horde!
